Key Responsibilities 

1.AI Solution Development 

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to solve business challenges.  

• Develop AI applications leveraging:  

• Large Language Models (LLMs)  

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)  

• AI Agents  

• Knowledge Graphs  

• Semantic Search  

• Build and optimize Prompt Engineering, Agent Workflows, and Agent Orchestration frameworks.  

• Fine-tune and optimize AI models when necessary.  

• Evaluate and continuously improve AI system performance, accuracy, and response quality.  

2. AI Platform Engineering

• Design scalable and maintainable AI system architectures.  

• Build pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.  

• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and existing applications.  

• Ensure solutions meet requirements for:  

• Performance  

• Reliability  

• Security  

• Scalability  

• Cost efficiency  

3. Research and Innovation

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.  

• Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for potential AI solutions.  

• Research and recommend suitable models, frameworks, and architectures for specific business use cases.  

• Evaluate and select appropriate open-source models and commercial AI services.  

4. Technical Leadership and Collaboration

• Work closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.  

• Mentor and support team members when needed.  

• Participate in technical design reviews and architectural decision-making.  

• Contribute to the establishment of AI development standards, best practices, and governance processes 

Requirements 

Education 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence … Or a related discipline  

Experience 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:  

• AI Engineering  

• Machine Learning  

• Data Science  

• Software Engineering  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).  

• Proven experience deploying AI solutions in production environments involving Big Data and real-time processing requirements.  

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects is highly preferred

Data & Databases 

• Strong SQL skills.  

• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases.  

• Experience with Vector Databases such as: Milvus, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, Chroma 

• Experience processing large-scale data using: Pandas, Apache Spark, Ray Or equivalent tools  

Cloud & MLOps 

• Hands-on experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines  

• Related DevOps tools  

• Knowledge of: Cloud-based AI deployment, MLOps, Model Serving  

• Monitoring and Observability  

• Model Lifecycle Management  

• Software Engineering 

• Strong software design and development background.  

• Understanding of:  

• Stateful and Stateless APIs  

• Microservices Architecture  

• Event-Driven Architecture  

• Ability to build complex, production-grade AI systems.

  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
