Key Responsibilities 

Frontend Development (Unified Portal & Control Plane UI):

• Build and maintain Admin Console, Tenant Portal, Observability Dashboard using React / Next.js
• Implement API Catalog, Model Catalog, Agent Registry, Event Catalog UI
• Develop real-time monitoring dashboards: metrics, logs, dependency graph visualization
• Build forms and workflows for policy management, tenant provisioning, rate limit config
• Ensure responsive, accessible UI with performance optimization

Backend Development (Platform Core Services):

• Design and implement RESTful/gRPC APIs for Core Platform services
• Develop Tenant Management service: auto-provision, isolation, quota management
• Implement Cost Engine: usage metering, chargeback calculation, budget alerts
• Build API & Event Registry: catalog CRUD, version management, consumer tracking
• Integrate with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Neo4j as part of ODS (Operational Data Store)
• Implement authentication and authorization flows using Ory Stack (Kratos/Hydra/Keto), SPIFFE/SPIRE

Integration & Infrastructure:

• Work with Kubernetes (K8s) for deployment, scaling, and configuration management
• Write Helm charts and deployment configurations for components
• Implement observability hooks: structured logging, metrics collection, distributed tracing
• Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Tech Lead, Product Manager, and Solution Architects
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)
• Write technical documentation for APIs and internal services
• Support junior developers through code reviews and pair programming

Requirements 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Graduates from HUST, VNU, RMIT, UET or equivalent universities preferred

Experience (2-4 years):

• Minimum 2 years of professional fullstack development experience
• Proven experience building and shipping production web applications
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design

Frontend Skills:

• Proficient in React.js / Next.js, TypeScript
• State management: Redux, React Query
• UI component libraries: Tailwind CSS, Material UI

Backend Skills:

• Proficient in at least one: Java, Go (preferred), Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis (caching, pub/sub, counters, …), Neo4j
• REST API design, gRPC basics, OpenAPI/Swagger specification

DevOps / Infrastructure (nice to have):

• Docker and Kubernetes: deployment, config maps, services
• CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
• Knowledge with OAuth2 / OIDC flows, JWT, mTLS basics

Soft Skills:

• Good English: reading technical documentation, writing API docs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Team player with good communication skills in an Agile environment

• Working Location:
  • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
