Key Responsibilities

• Support in processing contract documents, acceptance records, and reconciliation for customers and partners of FPT Smart Cloud Japan – NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) Project.
• Assist in handling internal systems and tools (CRM, management portal, etc.) according to project requirements
• Support in processing data and documentation between the Vietnam and Japan entities
• Coordinate with relevant teams to review and propose processes (if necessary) to ensure smooth and seamless operations between Vietnam and Japan teams
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Director

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Basic skills in data processing and analysis; attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with internal systems/tools (CRM, management portal, etc.)
• Good skills in data consolidation, reporting, and documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Basic English proficiency (reading/writing for work)
• Japanese proficiency at minimum N2 level (N1 is a strong advantage)
• Prior experience in operations, administration, or working with Japanese clients/partners is a plus
